Kingerlee Trophy Gala - 10/05/2009

Convincing swims by City of Oxford representatives for ONB at the Kingerlee Trophy Gala led to a result which was reported on the day as joint winners with Leicestershire.

There were wins for Lucy Smith (100M Butterfly + 100M Backstroke); Molly Williamson (100M Butterfly); Molly Williamson and Emma Lomas (Girls 200M Medley + 200M Freestyle Relay teams); Thomas Panton (Boys 200M Freestyle + 200M Medley Relay teams); and Elizabeth Oliver (Girls 200M Freestyle Relay team).

Oxford's other representatives were Charlotte Alsop, Sarah Gould and Lucy Gaen.

Subsequent inspection of the County website appears to show a slight discrepancy, with Leicestershire winning by a mere 4 points!
