City of Oxford Swimming Club offers the opportunity for anyone aged 7 to 70 to achieve their potential in swimming, whether at Club, County, District, National or even International level. The Club is celebrating its 21 st anniversary this year and to ensure its longevity as the biggest and most successful competitive swimming club in Oxfordshire, it is looking for local sponsors. The Club strives to provide the best possible opportunities for swimmers of all abilities and social backgrounds. To achieve this whilst maintaining affordable training fees, outside funding is required for; additional coaching, increased pool time, repairs to equipment, competition software, transportation to galas, promotional material, training camps. There are several ways in which you could help us;
- By donating a sum of money to the Club
If you are able to make a donation, we will advertise your company’s name on our website and provide a hyper link to yours. Your company logo could be added to our kit.
- By sponsoring a Gala or Club Championship Event
On several evenings throughout the year we run competitive galas and Club championship events. If you are able to sponsor one of these by paying for the pool hire, providing a trophy, medals, or raffle prizes, we will advertise your company in our programme. We usually have more than 150 spectators at a gala from all over the Home Counties. We can publicise your company name in the newspaper editorial.
- By sponsoring our Open Meets
We run 4 licensed Open Meets per year at Temple Cowley Pools, aimed at different levels of ability. These attract hundreds of swimmers and their families from all over the country, together with a vast number of volunteer officials. Contributions would be welcome in the form of: Donation: A sum towards the pool hire, trophies, medals. Race Sponsorship: £50.00 per event. Sponsorship will be acknowledged in the programme and announced over the public address system before the race. Advert: ¼ A4 page in the programme costs £25.00 Gift: Vouchers or products donated to the Tombola Stall.
